Peterborough Musicfest, Canada’s longest running free music festivals, is hiring an Events Coordinator to help plan and execute concerts, sponsorship events, and VIP experiences
Since 1987, Peterborough Musicfest has hosted some of Canada’s biggest acts, including Metric, Carly Rae Jepsen, Down With Webster, Our Lady Peace, Tegan & Sara, Sam Roberts Band, and more. Now, we’re looking for an Events Coordinator / Host to help make this year’s festival a success!

What You’ll Be Doing
🎟 Coordinating summer concerts, sponsorship events & fundraising campaigns
🤝 Assisting with sponsorship sales & relationship management
🎤 Manage VIP experiences (along with Senior Events Manager), supervise volunteers & support on-site event logistics
📢 Supporting festival marketing, merchandise & social media promotions
Who Should Apply?
âś” Individuals with a background in event management, tourism, hospitality, or music industry roles
âś” Strong communicators with experience in sponsorships & event logistics
